Our Facial Enhancement cosmetic treatment involves a product which is administered into the desired area to add volume and hydration.

As a result of the procedure, the gel binds to the water in your skin and smooths wrinkles naturally.

Furthermore, the gel blends with the adjoining tissues, allowing other nutrients, such as oxygen, glucose, and hormones, to pass between the fragments.

The result is instantly fuller, revitalised, and plumper skin. It typically takes about 30 minutes for our cosmetic nurse to perform the procedure.

We recommend maintenance treatments every 6-12 months.

Pre & Post Treatment Care

Pre-Care

• Avoid alcohol: refrain from alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment because alcohol thins the blood and may lead to bleeding and bruising.
• Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients: we do not treat clients who are pregnant or breast-feeding with cosmetic injections. We recommend that you defer such treatments during these times.

Post-Care

• Stay upright: avoid lying down or bending over for at least 4 hours post-treatment to prevent the product from migrating.
• Avoid touching: refrain from touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for at least 12 hours.
• Use only Jane Iredale mineral makeup: this is the only brand of makeup that can be used in the first 24 hours, post treatment, as it is not absorbed by the skin.
• Avoid physical exercise: refrain from strenuous activities and physical exercise for 24 hours following the treatment.
• Avoid skin treatments: refrain from undertaking microdermabrasion, peels or laser rejuvenation for 7 days.
• Expect some bruising: some bruising is normal and can take up to 7 days to clear.
