Before your treatment

• Avoid excessive sun or heat exposure in the days leading up to your appointment.
• Stay well hydrated, and let us know about any medications, allergies or skin conditions.
• Follow any treatment-specific preparation we give you when you book.
• If you have a routine dental visit, treatment or other appointment scheduled close to your booking, let us know.

After your treatment

• Keep the treated area clean, protected and hydrated with the products we recommend.
• Use a high-SPF sunscreen daily and limit direct sun exposure.
• Avoid harsh or active skincare ingredients until your practitioner advises it is fine to resume.
• Follow the personalised aftercare routine your practitioner provides.
