Reservations

To secure your appointment, a 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking through our online booking portal.

Pre-paid packages

If you have a pre-paid package, please email us at info@eliixa.com.au for help with your booking.

Arriving late

Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, so we strongly encourage arriving 10–15 minutes early. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments begin and end as scheduled.

Cancellation policy

We respect our clients’ time and ask for the same in return. We understand that unforeseen situations arise, so we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change to a scheduled appointment — otherwise the deposit or laser hair removal session may be forfeited. Confirming an appointment is acknowledgement of this policy.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. They must be presented on arrival and are redeemable on products and treatments from the ELIIXA menu, excluding in-clinic promotions. Vouchers can be redeemed by calling the clinic on 0423 328 700. Please treat vouchers like cash — ELIIXA cannot take responsibility for vouchers that are lost or stolen.

Payment

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit cards. American Express is not accepted. Afterpay and Zip are also available.
