About this treatment
How it works
The plasma pen is a non-invasive device used for skin tightening and rejuvenation. It creates controlled micro-trauma on the skin's surface using plasma (an ionised gas), which stimulates collagen and promotes skin renewal — helping to soften the look of fine lines, wrinkles and mild laxity. It's commonly used around the eyelids, neck and jawline, with minimal downtime. A skin consultation is included for first-time clients.

Before your treatment
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning products for 2–4 weeks before treatment
- Avoid makeup for a few days before treatment
- Do not pluck, wax or bleach facial hair for at least two weeks before treatment
- Avoid Retin-A, Roaccutane or other medicated topicals for at least six months before treatment
- Please reschedule if you have any open wounds
After your treatment
- We will recommend specific products to use after your treatment
- Some slight redness is normal — speak with us if it persists beyond seven days
- Avoid touching the treated area while the pores are open
- After showering, pat the area dry rather than rubbing
