How it works

The Q-Switch technology is designed to treat precisely while preserving the surrounding skin. It is a non-invasive treatment with minimal downtime. A complimentary skin consultation is included for first-time clients.

Before your treatment

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning products for 2–4 weeks before treatment
  • Do not pluck, wax or bleach facial hair for at least two weeks before treatment
  • Avoid Retin-A, Roaccutane or other medicated topicals for at least six months before treatment
  • Please reschedule if you have any open wounds

After your treatment

  • We will recommend specific products to use after your treatment
  • Some slight redness is normal — speak with us if it persists beyond seven days
  • Avoid touching the treated area while the pores are open
  • After showering, pat the area dry rather than rubbing
